Year of the OX

During the intermittent breath of fresh air in the absence of Covid many gathered in groups and headed into the city to celebrate the year of the Ox. At Circular Quay, right between the Sydney Harbour bridge and the Opera House, I watched the sun set and the Chinese New Year celebrations light up the metropolitan area. Each exhibition representing a proud New Year’s animal with its own style and design concept. This emanated a glow across the city that scattered along the wharf walkway, center stage in a park or was hidden within the busy streets. It was a beautiful night to experience the joys of the world again.
